ABOUT DERRYN

Derryn Tal is an abstract contemporary artist who specialises in mixed media painting. Her media ranges from acrylics to oil glazes to bitumen and wax. As well as painting, Derryn’s creativity spans photography, sculpture and rug design. Derryn won the Australian ‘International Youth Year’ stamp competition, as well as winning a Photographic Competition with her Horoscope Photogram prints.

Derryn has exhibited in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, and Italy where she won the "Premio Ercole D'Este" award for contemporary art.
